Hello, I'm Kylie. Born and raised in Billings, my journey back to this community is a heartfelt mission to give back to the place that shaped me. My education at Naropa University, culminating in a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Transpersonal Art Therapy, has deeply influenced my approach to therapy, integrating mindfulness, creativity, and empathy into my practice.

My diverse experiences, from offering grief counseling to children and families to assisting young adults and neurodiverse individuals through their mental health challenges, have taught me the transformative power of a supportive therapeutic relationship. Specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and art therapy, I am well-equipped to help individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-worth issues find their path to healing.

In our work together, my aim is to provide a nurturing and empathetic space where you can safely explore your inner world, understand your experiences, and uncover new strengths. The journey of healing is deeply personal and can be challenging, but it's also filled with opportunities for growth and self-discovery. By leveraging tailored therapeutic approaches and drawing from a rich tapestry of techniques, I am committed to helping you find relief from suffering, gain insight into your patterns, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Returning to Billings and being part of the Brighter Sky Counseling team is a meaningful step in my professional life. I'm here to extend a compassionate hand as you navigate your challenges and celebrate your triumphs. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards a brighter, more hopeful future. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the potential for healing within all of us. Let's explore this path of recovery and renewal together, building a life filled with purpose, joy, and well-being.
