Hi, I'm Kinsey — a therapist with a background as a coach and former athlete.
I am passionate about supporting athletes and high achievers who feel the pressure to perform while quietly struggling on the inside. Sports and competition can deeply impact mental health, identity, and confidence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR to help you work through performance anxiety, fear of failure, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, loss of identity, and other barriers that may be holding you back.
My goal is to help you strengthen both your mindset and your well-being so you can feel grounded and capable on and off the field.
