Meet Chelsea 

Hello, my name is Chelsea. I believe in the power of healing, even when life feels unbearably heavy. I focus on fostering an environment that trusts in the deep impact of connection, authenticity, and empathy in the therapeutic relationship.

As a person-centered therapist, I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I offer warmth, compassion, and unconditional positive regard, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly seen and supported.

I have experience with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a wide range of experiences, from grief, loss, and trauma to depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and life transitions. When helpful, I integrate DBT tools to build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness in a way that fits your unique needs.

At my core, I’m a healer who believes that therapy is a collaborative journey. Whether you're processing something painful or just trying to find your footing, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your process.
