Meet Angie

Hi, I’m Angie. If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about where to turn for help. Maybe you are tired from carrying a lot all on your own. It is hard to ask for help, but you are not alone.

I believe that healing starts with someone truly seeing you and truly wanting to understand you. My role is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can take a breath and be yourself. We can work together to figure things out at your pace.

I work with people like you who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-doubt, and the lingering effects of trauma. We can learn together to identify how life experiences live on in your body and shape how you feel, relate, and cope. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative to honor your unique story while we build on the strength that is already inside of you.

Beginning therapy takes courage, especially when you may be fearful of trusting others. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself. You deserve care, understanding, and support. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and change.

I feel I should be trying to complete my life, whatever completing a life means. Oliver Sacks
