Hi, I'm Morgan. I believe you are the expert of your own experience. As a person-centered therapist, I offer warmth, empathy, and unconditional positive regard in a safe, nonjudgmental space where your story is honored. My approach is guided by genuineness, curiosity, and compassion, with the goal of helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward growth.
I work with individuals 18 and older, with particular experience supporting young adults navigating life transitions, shifting roles, and questions of identity. As a former college athlete and coach, I understand firsthand the unique pressures that can come with sports, academics, performance, and maintaining a life balance.
In addition, I have experience working with individuals who have lived through complex trauma, supporting them in processing their experiences and finding resilience in the midst of pain. I also provide support for grief and bereavement as well as existential concerns, exploring meaning, purpose, and uncertainty in life.
My goal is to build strong rapport, walk alongside you through transition or loss, and create space for healing, exploration, and self-discovery at a pace that feels right for you.
