Meet Cara 

Hi my name is Cara.

Are you adjusting to a big life transition and need some support? Are you struggling with feeling anxious or down? It can be hard when you are feeling stuck in your life.

I like to create a safe and healing environment that allows you to feel comfortable to discuss problems you are facing openly. I believe we could all use someone to help process our journey in a nonjudgmental and safe space. I have experience working with people are adjusting to a transition in their life, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, depression, and trauma. I want people to feel they are being heard and validated. I try to use mindful techniques to help with whole person wellness.

I can offer yoga therapy. Our bodies store emotions and memories especially when they aren't resolved. I like to help by reconnecting your body to your mind through breath work and yoga poses anyone could do.
